On June 1st, 2023, at 10:00 am EDT, National Caribbean-American Heritage Month Celebrations will open with an Official Ceremony.
H.E. Wendall Jones, Ambassador of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas to the USA and Chair of the CARICOM Caucus of Ambassadors in Washington, D.C., delivered remarks on behalf of the CARICOM Caucus in Washington, D.C. for Caribbean-American Heritage Month.
The event was hosted virtually on Zoom and featured keynote speaker Brian A. Nichols, Assistant Secretary of the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs.
