The Embassy of The Bahamas in Washington, D.C., in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation, hosts The Bahamas Business and Investment Forum 2024 in Washington, D.C.
On Thursday, 12 September 2024, The Embassy of The Bahamas in Washington, D.C., in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Investments and Aviation, hosted its first-ever Bahamas Business and Investment Forum 2024 in Washington, D.C.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments and Aviation, I. Chester Cooper, led the Bahamian delegation at the Forum. Additional participating dignitaries included Minister Frederick Mitchell, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister Michael Halkitis, Minister of Economic Affairs.
The Forum provided the opportunity for high-level representatives and business leaders from The Bahamas to share information and updates on their particular industries and promote business and investment prospects throughout the archipelago with public and private sector specialists and academia in the United States, as well as members of the diplomatic community.
