On 30 June 2026, the Office of Foreign Missions hosted its Diplomacy Factory Speaker Series featuring Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources, Michael J. Rigas.
Deputy Secretary Rigas shared insights on the U.S. Department of State’s “The Year of Reciprocity” initiative, the modernization of diplomatic operations, strengthening international partnerships, and the effective management of resources in support of U.S. foreign policy objectives.
Ashley Munroe-Cargill, Deputy Chief of Mission (Ag.), and Tami Ferguson-Culmer, First Secretary, were pleased to participate in this important dialogue and engage on issues of mutual interest.
