On 26 August, 2025, Dr. Adria N. Armbrister, PhD, a Gender, Racial and Health Expert, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Wendall K. Jones, Ambassador of The Bahamas to the United States.

During the meeting, Ambassador Jones and Ms. Armbrister discussed a range of topics, including Bahamian history, heritage, and the diaspora, as well as investments, tourism, culture, and education.

 

Dr. Armbrister serves as a Foundation Representative at the Inter-American Foundation, where she has led the design and implementation of programs focused on violence prevention, social inclusion, equity-focused policy reform throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
