On Thursday, August 10, 2023, a handover of the Chairmanship of the CARICOM Caucus of Ambassadors in Washington, D.C. took place between The Bahamas and Guyana. H.E. Wendall Jones, Ambassador of The Bahamas to the United States, chaired the Caucus of Ambassadors in Washington D.C. on bilateral matters and H.E. Chet Neymour, Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States (OAS) chaired the Caucus on multilateral matters.
