On 19 March 2020, the Most Honourable Dr. Hubert Minnis, Prime Minister of The Bahamas, announced the Emergency Powers (COVID-19) Order, which gives the Government of The Bahamas the authority to use necessary measures in the country’s fight against COVID-19.
