WASHINGTON, D.C.– On Thursday, August 18, 2022, H.E. Wendall Jones, Ambassador of The Bahamas to the United States of America, received a courtesy call from the Hon. Charles Washington Misick, Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Premier Misick was in Washington, D.C. on business and used the occasion to visit the Embassy of The Bahamas to talk about the progress and the challenges of development of the two countries and the high level of cooperation between both governments. A highlight of the discussions focused on the crisis in Haiti and migration problems. Premier Misick was accompanied by the Hon. Arlington Musgrove, Minister of Immigration and Border Services of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
